Responsibilities include the following :
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Perform restaurant table service
- Process payment from customers
- Advise customers about our menu
- Manage receipts and the drawer
- Build a rapport with customers
- Perform all opening and closing duties
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Adhere to all relevant health regulations
Requirements
- Active IL Food handler certification
- Active IL Basset
- Clean background check
- 2 years prior work experience
