ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an individual who takes pride in hospitality, execution and attention to detail. We seek one who is adaptable, quick learning, a strong critical thinker who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year experience in a fast paced chef-driven restaurant
A working knowledge of reservation and table management systems. (Resy)
Knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails
A friendly and hospitable demeanor with a dedication to providing a memorable experience for our guests
Above all, we are looking for someone who will be a vital part of our close knit team. Someone who is willing to learn and able to take direction and turn it into execution.
