We are currently expanding our US operations and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our company. Working with the Sr Sales Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the store in line with corporate expectations:
- Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily
- Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates
- Responsible for clientele development
- Facilitate proper communication between management and associates
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications
- Fluent in written business correspondence in English
- Polished interpersonal communication skills and team spirit
- Adaptable, with a flexible approach to working
- Deadline driven and effective planning skills
