Sew What Gifts is a small business in Brentwood, TN. We are engaging, fun and specialize in personalized gifts for Baby, Wedding, Showers, Hostess, Birthday, Graduation, Back to School, Teachers, Off to College, and Seasonal. We offer in house custom embroidery (Monograms, Names, Initials, and Business Logos) on our merchandise and items you bring in to our store.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, taking orders, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Sales Associate Requirements:
• Must be outgoing and willing to jump in and learn on your feet.
• Must be able to work two Saturday’s a month.
• 10-35 hours per week (depending on full time or part time)
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• A professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
