Since 2006 Rocket Skate has provided outstanding service and value to
Boulder County�s hockey, figure, and recreational skaters. We're searching for a smart, motivated individual to become our newest team member.
About the Job
If you�re a figure skater or hockey player that�s a huge asset, but no experience is required. We'll train you how to expertly sharpen, fit, and repair skates. You'll also learn how to assist our customers with the proper fit and level of gear from head to toe.
The right candidate will be able to provide customers a gold star experience through excellent listening skills and learned product knowledge. Our work environment is sometimes very busy�candidates need to excel at multi-tasking. Other helpful attributes include positive attitude, great work ethic, excellent taste in music and a sense of humor.
After a training period of 4 to 8 weeks, the position will consist of three shifts from 3 and 7 on Thursdays and Fridays and an 11 to 4 shift on Saturdays. Occasional time off with notice isn�t an issue. Additional shifts may sometimes be available or expected to accommodate time off for other employees or special events on the ice rink.
