Retail Sales Associate
Rare Bloom is currently hiring for a part-time retail sales associate. An ideal candidate will have good people skills, ability to up-sell products, and knows how to occasionally deal with difficult people. Previous retail experience is mandatory. We are looking for someone who can engage with customers, making them feel welcome and seen.
Store hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday, and 11am-5pm Sunday, so you will not be expected to work too early in the morning or too late in the evening. Days are typically split in half between two employees/shifts. You will be required to work occasional weekends. Reliability, dependability, and a flexible schedule is a MUST.
