KEY RESULT AREA:
Maximize sales and customer satisfaction
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of either store. Your responsibilities include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, co-creating a monthly retail plan, keeping the store stocked with appropriate merchandise, creatively displaying merchandise, organizing the stock room and follow the monthly sales promotions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Exemplary sales and service, meeting sales targets together with the team
� Receive and maintain inventory of product, supplies and records
� Ensure proper control of inventory and cash
� Freshen and rearrange the store visually from time to time
� Prepare reports for/maintain regular communication with your team leader
� Be the brand ambassador for Chalo
COMPETENCIES

� Able to give and take feedback
REQUIREMENTS
� Prior sales experience in a retail environment
� Experience with Square PoS systems preferred (training given)
� Familiarity with Microsoft Office � High School Diploma or higher (preferred)
� Able to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends (on rotation)
� Able to lift 20-25 pounds.
� Able to pass background check and SFO airport security clearances
