Job Description:
Superganix CBD is seeking Retail Associates to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on the benefits of CBD, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and assisting with product restocking.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
Educate customers on the benefits of CBD and the products we offer
Manage inventory and assist with restocking products
Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist with merchandising and visual displays
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred
Knowledge of CBD and its benefits preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly and approachable disposition with a team-oriented mentality
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
