Restaurant Operator
We are looking for Restaurant Operators to run the day to day operations of our Automated Mobile Pizza Truck. As a member of the restaurant operations team, this person will play a critical role in our ability to serve our customers in a fast, fresh, and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will be somebody who is capable of working in a fast paced restaurant environment while also providing a Stellar customer service experience. They must be a champion of operations and customer service - constantly seeking new ways to increase efficiency and provide better service. They are eager to get in early at a fast-growing start-up and make an impact. This person is passionate about providing fast, fresh, and affordable food to the community in which we serve.

What You�ll Do
Restaurant Operators play a key role in our overall operations. The restaurant operator is responsible carrying out all front of house, back of house, and commissary operations, including, but not limited to:
Traveling to and from food truck locations
Customer service
Loading equipment into the food trucks
Basic food preparation
Completion of daily checklists
Basic janitorial duties
What You�ll Need (Qualifications)
You must be available work most Saturdays
California Food Handlers Card
Ability to travel within the Los Angeles metropolitan area
Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Responsible, accountable, polite, and organized
Ability to communicate and collaborate with Shift Supervisor, Managers, Directors, and Operators to fulfill business needs
Willing and eager to learn new skills
Must be a strong team player who works well with others
Physical Job Requirements
Long periods standing, walking, bending and kneeling.
Ability to carry large heavy items up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to navigate all areas of the facilities.
Must be able to navigate all parts of the company equipment.
