Psychotherapist
Looking for an unlicensed or licensed clinical psychologist or unlicensed/licensed therapist who has experience in treating children, adolescents, and/or adults. The clinical supervisor will help you learn and grow your skill base. We offer clinical supervision/trainings specifically in training in ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Trauma, personality disorders, family systems and more. The practice currently uses an integrative approach to meet the individual needs of the clients, including incorporating cognitive behavioral skills, exposure response prevention, behavioral strategies, play/experiential therapies, collaborative problem solving, emotionally focused therapy, trauma focused therapy, family systems theory, psychodynamic strategies, and DBT and ACT tools as well. Seeking a collaborative clinician who is an excellent communicator, compassionate, and open to learning! We would prefer someone who can travel to our two offices in Blue Bell and Villanova, but it's not a necessary requirement. Hope to talk to you soon!
Additional information
1. Communication and collaboration with the director, referral sources and additional members of the multidisciplinary treatment team (e.g., doctors, school personnel, psychiatrists).
2. Desire to work with a supportive team of colleagues.
3. 5 hours to start and may be able to work up to 15/20 hours.
4. Prior knowledge of therapeutic interventions and willingness to expand your knowledge base.
5. Possible driving to both locations but not necessary. Telehealth options are available as well.
6. If a psychologist then interest in assisting with testings.
7. Minor administrative tasks like keeping track of clients' payments/dates of service/ progress notes.
8. Able to navigate online tools to organize client data and progress notes.
9. Regular consultation and supervision as needed.
10. Competitive compensation ranging from $60-$120 per hour as an independent contractor based experience level. Regular Bonuses offered that can be used towards your CE credits, liability insurance, and medical benefits as needed.
