Physical Therapy Technicians offer operational and clerical support to Physical Therapists. Their primary responsibilities include checking patient data, updating records, helping patients perform exercises, implementing treatment plans, and keeping the work environment safe and organized. Qualifications like physical therapy expertise, compassion, empathy, communication and interpersonal skills, and stamina are commonly seen on most resume samples. A good level of physical fitness is also required.
