Life at Home Health Care is looking for IMMEDIATE hire for Personal Care Assistants for client in Swampscott, MA area. This is for overnight 10:00pm - 6:00am shifts!

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist clients at home with activities of daily living including: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and toileting.
Assist with mobility including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit stand lifts, & Hoyer lifts.
Remind client to take prescribed medication.
Assist with preparing and serving meals and assist with feeding.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for client.
Provide light housekeeping, i.e., making/change bed linens, sweep, mop or vacuum floors, dust, clean bathroom and kitchen, shop for food and laundry.
Engage with client and provide companionship.
Assist clients in participating in social and recreational activities.

Qualifications:
Reliable transportation, verifiable driving record as needed
Must have a cell phone and email
Ambulate, position, transfer, and turn residents at a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
Lift and/or carry objects at a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Proven experience as personal care assistant
Committed to health & safety
Well-organized and reliable

Physical stamina
High school diploma or equivalent
