We�re looking for a Rockstar Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to support a busy, multifaceted, patient-centered integrative private medical practice. The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients and make them feel like the only person in the room. We will train you on everything you need to do, but we want someone who isn't shy and excels at helping people who call us to become future long term happy patients.
The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and would involve everything from answering phones with the goal of converting prospect calls to new patients, to scheduling patient appointments and collecting payment, to assisting in hands-on patient care, to filing insurance claims to more mundane things like keeping the clinic clean by washing dishes or doing laundry. Your vocabulary doesn�t include �that is not my job.� Nothing great was ever built alone.
You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease, problem solves, comes with potential solutions to any problem that may arise and might be considered a jill-of-all-trades as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You love the telephone, you love to smile and find real joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing and ready to commit to the long haul. Sales and customer experience is a major plus and if you have it, mention it to us in your cover letter and interview.
There is growth potential. As the practice expands, so will your opportunities and income. The more you can bring to the table, the quicker this will happen.
15-17 hours per week M,W,F midday to evening hours
6 month reviews with performance-based raises.
