Role Overview
OneDegree Careers is looking for a part-time Organic Marketing Canvasser who will place postcards on cars in parking lots to help people find out about OneDegree Careers and get started on their journey of career exploration, selection, and pursuit.
Our Organic Marketing Canvasser process is where the magic happens. They help people find out about OneDegree Careers so people can get one-on-one support to find that career that makes all the difference for them, their family, and their future.
Your job as an Organic Marketing Canvasser is to help us get the word out so more people can get high-paying careers that don't require college! You will be our first-line representative and help people find out about OneDegree Careers by placing postcards on cars in parking lots, coffee shops, bars, etc. Think of this job as something between a superhero and a brand rep.
***We will be promoting one of our Organic Marketing Canvassers to "Team Manager" to oversee the others and pay will be $20-$25 per hour***
You�re Good at:
Driving your car to locations around San Diego
Managing your time
Organized and punctual
Able to walk a lot and enjoy being outside
Being flexible and following through
Sometimes talking with people you don�t know
Extra Awesome:
Looking to grow long-term at a startup
Can see yourself managing a team in the near future
Have prior experience in organic marketing and/or canvassing on-foot
Know how to use Google Maps
Adventure Details:
Part-time (20-25 hrs/wk)
Able to support our users during Pacific Standard Time zone hours
$15hr-$17/hr + $20/wk coffee shop stipend
Fully remote work + flexible schedule
