Organization Description: Teen Leadership Foundation has a mission to improve the lives of at-risk foster teens and emancipated youth through our leadership equipping programs and innovative housing model. Based in Costa Mesa, TLF has built a network of partners locally and nationally and has earned a positive reputation among foster agencies and organizations. Social service agencies Nationwide routinely seek out TLF’s activities for foster youth.

The Operations Coordinator at TLF is responsible for synchronizing the activities of our housing, mentoring, and employment readiness programs through general administrative support.

Description:

Preserves vision and strategy of Teen Leadership Foundation by being a reliable first point of entry for general inquiries from community partners and volunteers.
Overseas monthly administrative operations (i.e. office upkeep, business logistics etc.).
Coordinate and manage project tasks outlined by Director within allotted budget and timeline.
Assist Director in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Internal database champion (i.e. run reports as directed, digital filing etc.).
Manages the overall operations of TLF volunteer mentors onboarding and matching process.
Assist with various property management details and upkeep needs.
Providing general support to TLF program team members when necessary.
Qualifications:

Demonstrates a strong working knowledge and personal passion for foster teens and young adults who have emancipated from foster care.
2+ years of administrative or operations coordination experience.
Excellent customer service attitude.
Self-starter who possesses strong organizational skills and efficiency in decision making.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills while working with others.
Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated computer literacy: MAC, Windows, and various software programs (i.e. Google Drive).
Ability to streamline or implement new structures that support shifting organization needs.
Ability to multi-task and effectively control their own schedule.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
