POSITION IS NOT REMOTE.


-Coordinate project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines
-Assist in tracking operational performance through collecting metrics
-Marketing ideas, not SEO. Effective email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.
-Coordinate job postings with Graphic Designer
-Run sourcing to assist in recruiting efforts as needed, front end. Emails to set up calls with a Sr. Recruiter.
-Maintain list of most placeable candidates to ensure efficient marketing.
-Send invoices to clients for candidates placed and follow up as needed.
-Process semimonthly payroll.
-Gather payroll and tax reports as needed.
-Manage hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting
phone screens, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
-Maintain company calendar with team member vacation days
-Order office supplies
-Communicate with service providers/vendors as needed to troubleshoot issues and
ensure efficiency
-Excel skills is a "Must" for this role.
