Job purpose

To support office staff, assist students, teachers, vendors and retail customers
Enroll new students
Maintain an orderly retail and lobby space
Stock music and small goods

Duties and responsibilities

:
Punctuality and regular work attendance
Provide customer service/support to students, families, teachers, retail customers.
Follow established procedures
Answer telephone, follow-through with issue presented
Work cash register
Collect correct tuition/materials fees from students
Create scheduling documents
Enroll new students in appropriate class
Encourage students to participate in performance opportunities outside of the classroom.
Maintain an orderly retail and lobby space
Stock product - music and small goods.
Work as a team member to support, plan, participate in school and promotional activities.
Create, develop social media campaigns and quarterly newsletters
Maintain HRMC Website and updates

Qualifications
Technical skills - Required

Basic Computer
Marketing and Social media platforms
Knowledge of Cash Handling Processes
Retail Experience
Read, write and speak English
High School Diplomas/GED
Keyboard/Typing

Technical Skills - Preferred:

Merchandising/Purchasing Experience
Marketing Experience
Familiarity with Quickbooks, Word, Publisher, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
Collections
Knowledge of Early Childhood educations and brain development theories
Music background

Defer Final Decision about financial issues to Owner
Enter into special arrangements with customers
Discount tuition beyond amounts listed in Fee Schedule

Varies depending on day, time of day and class schedule, need to be flexable
