Well known nonprofit is looking to hire a reliable, smart, skilled and motivated assistant for a private office in Malibu California. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented and exercises good judgment in a variety of situations.The new hire is a vital member of the team performing in an assistant role.

Duties include interacting with donors and friends of the nonprofit, shipping & merchandising fulfillment, organizing donor databases & photo libraries and maintaining inventory cost analysis just to name a few.

Must be Excel and Word proficient. Working knowledge of Outlook, Squarespace , PayPal, Bonfire, Moonclerk, Facebook and Patreon. Individuals must be great at multitasking and have impeccable communication skills (both verbal and written) along with exceptional organizational skill and follow through on tasks. Prior office experience gets you to the front of the line.

Candidate must possess: Positive attitude - Can do mindset - No task is too big or too small viewpoint. Flexible schedule - Confidentiality and Discretion.
