This position will provide general administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations of the Sj�gren�s Foundation. It is performed at the home office in Reston, Virginia.

The ability to interact and successfully communicate with staff, corporate employees, and volunteers (at all levels) is essential, as well as a detail-oriented skillset that keeps projects on time and deliverables exceeding expectations. Confidentiality, flexibility, professionalism, and efficiency are crucial to this role.

Responsibilities include:

� Assist with answering phones and greeting visitors to the office.
� Assist with office projects including mailings.
� Help maintain a clean database in Raiser�s Edge which includes assisting with data entry and data changes.
� Copy checks and distribute additional copies to respective staff, prepare bank deposits, and prep batches for bank deposits. Receive deposit slips and file.
� Assist with membership renewal process each month including renewal notices, mailings, new member packets, and updating expirations on website (Drupal).
� Assist customers with membership issues including web-access passcodes and membership expiration dates.
� Assist with processing and shipping book and product orders.
� Initiate and complete all thank you letters for donations received.
� Support fellow staff and Chief Executive Officer as needed.
� Serve as team-member on all projects, programs, and initiatives.
� Other duties as assigned.
