We are looking for a reliable Office Administrative Assistant. The tasks of the Office Administrative Assistant will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities:

-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
-Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
-Cold-call leads
-Obtain documents for loan application processing

Requirements:

-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
-Outstanding communication
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) and Google drive
-Being able to talk on the phone to make cold-calls
-Interested in Real Estate

Work Schedule:

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays (Subject to change)

9am-5pm
