Job description
Serve customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction. Technician will be required to service iPhones, iPads, Android devices and other mobile devices.

Responsibilities and Duties

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices
Provide recommendations for problem resolution
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed PTC quality standards

Sales of devices and accessories.
Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Professionally document ticket work
Qualifications and Skills

Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to repair all current iPhones, iPads and Android devices
Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of mobile device diagnostic software ie 3U Tools, iTunes, Etc.
Work well in team environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
High school diploma or GED
College education is a plus
Microsoldering abilities are a plus

mobile device repair: 1 year (Preferred)
Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Comptia A+, Net+, Security+ preferred
