Medical Receptionist
Full-Time or Part-Time Front Desk / Medical Receptionist position available at a two-provider clinic.
Optima Pain Clinic is a family-owned private practice in Overland Park, KS. We are collaborative, inclusive and fun, and offer a broad-spectrum growth opportunity for students entering the medical / healthcare field.
Eligible candidates must have attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and be proficient with computers, phones/voicemail, and EHR software. Preferred self-sufficient worker with a kind and happy attitude who will:
-greet our patients warmly in person and on the phone
-check in patients for appointments / collect insurance cards, IDs and copays
-schedule appointments and procedures
-assist with new patient registration
-display excellent written and verbal communication skills with patients and colleagues, with meticulous documentation habits and attention to detail
-use problem solving skills to improve efficiency and workflow
-coexist harmoniously as an integral part of a closely-knit team
-be willing to learn
