Math Tutor
We are looking for Part-time Math Tutors who have solid math skills AND strong communication skills. You will be working with kids from Grades K-12. We teach individualized math in the way kids understand and makes sense to them. You will be using our curriculum (in which you will be trained) as well as student’s school textbooks to help them with homework.
Your time is valuable. There is no need to drive to students’ house, worrying about marketing to students, or spending time waiting for students who don’t show up! All students are scheduled and come to our center. Their programs are carefully managed so you can come and do what you do best, TEACH MATH, in our friendly and comfortable center!
Qualifications:
* Pass a Math Literacy Test (includes up to Algebra 2)
* Strong knowledge of Geometry, and Pre-Calculus is a plus.
* Must like working with kids and having fun with them.
* STEM degrees are a plus: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
* Available to work at least 3 days per week.
* Permitted to work in the United States.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 3-8 pm
Saturday 10:30-2:30 pm
