Math Instructor
Eye Level Learning Center of Libertyville is a dynamic, after-school enrichment learning center seeking an experienced Math and English instructor to guide students from grades K through 8. The selected instructor will work with students individually and in small groups.
All teaching materials and training will be provided.
What are EYE LEVEL�s requirements?
-Bachelor�s degree preferred.
-Minimum requirement of 20 college credits.
-Students aspiring to become future teachers and college students are welcome to apply.
-Proficient knowlege in English (grammar, phonics and wriing) for English classroom.
-Proficient knowledge in Math (K-8th grade) for Math classroom.
-Excellent communication skills with both adults and children.
-Able to multitask.
-Responsible, patient, enthusiastic, and willing to work with children.
-All classes are at the Libertyville Learning Center, must have transportation to and from center.
What are the responsibilities of an EYE LEVEL Math Instructor?
-Provide appropriate academic coaching to students according to center policy.
-Motivate and encourage students.
-Discuss student progress with Center Director
-Assist with Center events.
-Train to be both grader & instructor to become familiar with the Eye Level program.
Job Type: Part-time. Immediate availability.
Pay: $15-$18 Compensation is based upon experience.
