InConcert Sierra (ICS) is a 501c3 non-profit, classical music concert presenter located in the rural community of Western Nevada County in Grass Valley, California. Known for its warm and friendly atmosphere while presenting world-class artistry, ICS is a creative and fun-loving professional organization. Currently, ICS is experiencing an exciting evolutionary period that will offer opportunities for growth within the organization. Location: ICS office in Grass Valley, CA; work from home flexibility available

Reports To: Executive Director

Compensation: from $22 hr.

Hours: 20 � 25 hours per week; non-exempt, hourly employee

Tuesday � Thursday 10a � 4pm. Some additional evening and weekend hours will be required.

Job Description:

The Development and Marketing Coordinator assists the Executive staff with raising awareness of our brand, and creating new and maintaining established financial support for ICS concerts and educational programs. Major responsibilities include:
� Coordinate and implement fundraising programs which meet or exceed annual fundraising goals.
� Oversee donor development and stewardship programs.
� Assist with marketing on various media platforms.
� Create collateral with branded messaging for marketing and fund development.

Other responsibilities
� Manage relationships with media partnerships.
� Research and write grant proposals.
� Coordinate and/or write articles for publication.
� Utilize ticketing system, CMS, and other necessary software programs
� Answer phones on occasion.
� Other marketing, donor, and organizational support as needed.

Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
� Excellent written and verbal skills.
� Knowledge of managing/utilizing social media platforms.
� Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
� Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (preferred)
� Familiar with S------------ or a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
� Excellent attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
� Highly organized independent worker with the ability to take initiative.
� Positive attitude, honest, high level of integrity and ethics.
� Team player, especially with small office staff.
� Flexible and adaptable to change as new opportunities arise.

Education and Experience:
� Prefer experience with classical music (performance, music studies, concert attendee)
� HS degree or equivalency required
� Some college preferred
� Nonprofit experience preferred
