We operate as a small business, e-commerce store with the goal of eventually expanding and opening a brick and mortar. Responsibilities:
This is a communications-based position that plays a key role in expanding and maintaining the company's relationships with brands, stylists, customers, influencers, and other potential collaborators. You will be working alongside a small team, your primary focus being on:
-Brand Partnerships
-Customer Engagement
-Stylist and Influencer Collaborations
-Social Media Marketing and Relations
Qualifications:
Required:
2 or more years of college-level education in Journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related technical discipline or 1-2 years of professional experience.
-Strong communication proficiency (written, verbal, and presentation)
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and to work with minimal supervision on multiple projects with fast-paced deadlines.
-Exceptional planning, organizational, proofreading, writing, and formatting skills.
-Ability to lead processes and work with colleagues who have diverse interpersonal styles.
-Willingness to learn with an open mind and growth mindset.
-Ability to creatively and effectively understand and communicate brand voice and values.
-Proficient sense of social and cultural awareness
-Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Outlook, Excel/Sheets, Drive)
Preferred:
-Interest in fashion, style, and or jewelry
-Strong sense of self and personal style
-Passionate and creative
-Basic to proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
