Maintenance Technician - Job Overview � Hyatt Place -
Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting our hotel�s Chief Engineer with maintaining the hotel's physical appearance, and overall functionality. They understand the direct impact of guest, employee, and owner satisfaction and their role in helping to achieve a beautiful, safe, and functional environment for everyone. They are organized, detail-oriented, and are always on the lookout for any problem areas that may be developing while keeping everything in working order. Our maintenance technician will assist in this by doing preventative maintenance regularly in all aspects of the hotel that include but are not limited to entry-level electrical, plumbing, painting, staining, HVAC, pool, and hot tub readings, equipment repairs, and exterior curve appeal. This is achieved through an organized day that includes large and small projects and is well executed with exceptional time management and efficiency.

Job Requirements -
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Must have the ability to bend, stoop and lift
Must be on your feet the entire shift
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to provide documentation to work legally in the United States
Benefits -

Schedule -
Depending on the day and the shift, your shift usually would start between 7:00 am � 9:00 am, and your shift would be done between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. The schedule is based on hotel occupancy and needs.
