Lobby Receptionist
Classy Chassis Car Wash & Detailing in Lakewood, WA, is hiring for a Lobby Receptionist! If you are ready to be a part of a team, build relationships and display exceptional customer service in a busy, multi-tasking, work environment, this position is for you! Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of one-year high-volume cashier/customer service experience.
Essential Duties:
� Friendly and personable, greeting customers with a smile
� Answer customer questions about products and services
� Accept payments and process sales transactions
� Schedule and confirm customer appointments
� Multi-line telephones
� Assist with employee schedules
� Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products
� Maintain an orderly and clean lobby and service area
� Flexible & open to new challenges
Requirements:
� Good verbal communication skills
� Valid Driver's License
� Reliable Transportation
� Drug Free Workplace
� Must have open availability to weekday and weekend shifts. Flexible on shifts and hours
� No extensive visible piercings or tattoo's and agree to maintain uniform appearance
