As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu.
� Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
� Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
� Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high quality standards.
� Taking pride in the work being done and the Old Ellsworth brand.
� Creating an experience that makes guests feel welcome and cared about.
