Job Duties:
- Prepare high quality food according to outlined recipes
- Prepare and portion vegetables, sauces, toppings and other ingredients
- Cook/fry meats
- Assemble sandwiches, salads, pizzas and bbq plates
- Maintain a clean working area
- Proper food storage and cooking temperatures
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
Requirements:
- Positive attitude, willing to learn
- Punctual – must be on time at the start of your shift
- Great work ethic
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- Ability to work well with other and be a team player
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
