Line Cook
Oki Momo Asian Grill (------------/) is looking to hire a line/prep cook to work full or part-time. Experience is preferred, but not required.
LINE/PREP COOK: Primary duties include: all aspects of made-to-order food preparation; kitchen inventory and supply; maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation; supporting the counter and maintenance staff as necessary; and other similar tasks.
Positions start at a minimum of $17 per hour + full tip share (on average, an additional $3-4 per hour), or more depending on experience. All new hires are subject to a 30 day training/evaluation period. All employees are required, at their own expense, to have or obtain a California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hiring and maintain validity of the Card throughout employment. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
