BrightStar Care of Leesburg and Gainesville is looking for a passionate and reliable LPN to care for our client in Front Royal, VA. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and is proactive regarding geriatric patient care. We are looking for someone who has experience providing skilled nursing in a homecare setting and is able to remain patient and calm in stressful/difficult situations. Training is provided by the Clinical Supervisor handling the case.

Schedule: Monday and Tuesdays - 6am to 6pm. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays - 9pm to 6am. We are PRN so you will not have to work each day if you can't. You pick your schedule!
Skills:
-Proven experience working with Geriatrics.
-Quadriplegic Experience.
-Experience with Hypercholesterolemia.
-Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
-Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
-Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Compassionate and able to handle stress
