Landscaper
We are looking for efficient, safety-minded Laborers for a residential and commercial work.
We have long-term and short-term work available for the right candidates in a variety of positions.
Applicants must have reliable transportation.
We offer a consistent work schedule, aggressive pay increases for the right candidates.
The ideal candidates should be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely.
Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints
Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs. and navigate construction job site terrain
Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew
Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles
Perform minor carpentry duties; installs, repairs; drywall, moldings, windows, doors, footings, flooring etc.
Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties.
Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
Perform routine maintenance duties
Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment
Basic entry skills for carpentry
Winter- snow plow and or shovel during the snow season.
Must be drug free.
Duties and responsibilities are inclusive but not exclusive.
Experience not necessary, but a plus!
