Looking for a reliable, hard working, honest, person to do various jobs at a rental property in HPP Keaau, Hi. Must have working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting skills. Be able to follow basic instructions on work to be completed for the day. Be able to operate gas powered chainsaw, pole saw, riding lawnmower, blower, weed wacker. Be able to maintain 1/2 acre yard, by trimming large banyan tree, tall palms, tall mango tree. Applicant should have reliable transportation, cell phone, legal citizen, be able to work 8 hours on Saturday and Sundays, + or -. Should not have any drug, or background issues. Must pass background check. Expect to work 16 hrs per week. This is a 1099, independent contractor's position, must have Hi. GET license. Will cut a paycheck every Friday.
