About The Juice Shop:
The Juice Shop is an exciting new community-inspired neighborhood juicery and wellness retail store located in the heart of the Maven District of Salt Lake City. We sell cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, grain bowls, light bites and wellness products from 9-5 Monday-Friday and 10-3 on Saturdays and Sundays in an elevated, open space.
About the Maven District:
The Maven District (900 S, between State St and 200 E in Salt Lake City) is a curated block of locally-owned businesses that believe in diverse communities, self-growth, and dreaming big. The Juice Shop is the first juicery in the Maven District and will benefit from the apartments and burgeoning food and retail community coming up in and around the Maven District.

Our little TJS family is small but mighty. We come from all walks of life, but share a passion for health, wellness, good food, and good vibes! Our TJS team members are the face and soul of our brand, and we rely on each other for support, positive attitudes, and a great working atmosphere.
TJS Team Member Opening:
We're looking for an individual to join our team who is kind, friendly, sociable, and excited to be the first face our customers see when they walk in the door! We put a lot of trust in our team (and we spend a lot of time together), so our top priority in hiring is making sure it's a good fit for everyone. Some experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred - but if you think you�re right for the team and don�t have that experience, just tell us a little bit about yourself and why this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:
Working alongside other TJS team members to provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming and memorable atmosphere to guests in our shop
Mastering extensive knowledge of our products and their health benefits and communicating them effectively to our customers
Making orders (smoothies, grain bowls, toasts) according to recipe
Promoting The Juice Shop brand and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
Keeping workstations clean & sanitized, including floors, countertops, walls, refrigerators, blenders, other equipment, and utensils
Complying with food safety and health codes and cash handling procedures
Ensuring retail cooler is properly stocked and organized
Contributing to a positive and productive working environment
Occasionally sampling and selling juices at offsite events as we grow our brand presence in the community!
Schedule:
We're open to either part-time or full-time team members, and can offer a flexible schedule to work around your commitments. This is a great position for students or those with other part-time positions, but if you're looking for a full-time position - we want you to work as much as you want to!
In general, applicants should be available to work at least 3-4 days a week during our shop's open hours (M-F 9am-5pm, Sat/Sun 10am-3pm).
