James Beard Nominated Chef Oscar Diaz's menu is seafood centric with focus on quality, sustainable seafare and a bar program revolving around curated global wines a combination of craft and tropical tiki cocktails. Our company culture is a combination of that of a tight-knit family with the business practices of a contemporary restaurant group. We're in this because we just love what we do. We continually look for ways to improve guest experience as well as ourselves. We are growing and seeking like-minded staff to join our team.
We are looking for positive, team-oriented staff who share our love for hospitality, food and drink. For servers and bartenders we expect minimum one year experience in a quality restaurant / quality craft cocktail program. Self-organization and attention to detail are a must!
Starting Host Rate: $11/hr + tipouts
