Position Description

DESCRIPTION
Work2gether Co. is seeking a guest service associate capable of working in the Downingtown, Kennett Square, and Phoenixville locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary role is someone with a hospitality and customer service background focused on making Work2gether the best possible experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is an individual capable of wearing many different hats in a fast-paced environment. Our Guest Service associates are known for their outstanding customer service, maintaining an exceptional and dynamic community, and running the day-to-day operations of a location. No two days are ever the same!

Day to Day:
-Taking payments, serving customers, and maintaining inventory
-Ensuring locations are always in tip-top shape
-Developing relationships with customers and members by understanding their needs and interests.

Operations:
-Ensuring location is properly stocked with all the amenities provided by a Work2gether membership such as coffee, cafe items, office supplies and technology items.
-Point of sale functions such as billing, room reservations, checkout, membership changes, etc.
-Effective communication with customers, vendors, building management and your team.
-Maintaining the space to our quality standards, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly (HVAC, trash, management of nightly cleaning vendors, functioning furniture and meeting rooms, kitchen and cafe cleanliness, etc.).
-Providing excellent customer service by quickly and effectively meeting customer needs, communicating professionally and taking the initiative to exceed their expectations.
-Assist in any Work2gether marketing needs (emails, social media, publications, intra-communications, etc.)
-Assist in any customer service needs (answering phones, responding to requests, etc.)
-Assist in party planning and event rentals as needed.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
-Energetic, positive attitude, good sense of humor with the ability to work with people.
-Customer service and hospitality experience a plus.
-You are motivated by delighting customers and achieving goals
-Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
-Independent work ethic and a willingness to roll up sleeves and get dirty! Work2gether is growing and each employee is given significant responsibility and autonomy.
-You will be expected to pitch in and assist the entire team as needed.
-Knowledge in various Social Media and email platforms
-Interest in business, particularly in start-ups and small enterprises.

Hours: 12-30hrs/wk | Pay Range: $16-18/hr depending on skill-level
