Sales Associate
A SPENGA Membership Coordinator is the first point of contact for our members. Responsible for representing and promoting our brand, and ensuring our member experience is nothing less than exceptional.

Team Player
Exceptional Customer Service and sales skills - prior experience in a sales functions strongly preferred
Must be driven and self motivated
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be willing to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy.
Ability to multi-task
Job Requirements:
Answer all forms of contact and follow up within 3 minutes (in person, phone, text, email, social media)
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
Sell memberships and retail is a vital role
Maintain clean facility - member coordinators are required to clean studio equipment between and after every session
Set up and reset studio before and after class
Lead new client orientation
Must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week
Flexibility in taking early morning and weekend shifts when required strongly preferred.
Position pays between $12 - $15 per hours depending on prior experience, shift timings and hour commitments. The position is also eligible for commissions based on sale of new memberships. Must complete and pass sales and operations training and pass certification by Manager before Member Coordinators are eligible for commissions.
