Front Desk/Marketing Assistant
MAXICARE PHYSICAL THERAPY AND WELLNESS
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growing company to support the growth of our Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic.
Job Responsibilities:
Undertake daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure the functionality of the clinic (front desk calls, scheduling of patients, receiving patient referrals and other tasks needed to facilitate patient care)
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Communicate directly with local businesses to establish presence in the community
Key Requirements:
Must possess a proven ability to communicate with and positively persuade others.
Basic computer skills required.
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
Must have a valid driver�s license and good driving record.
Willing to travel within the area of coverage.
Job Type: PRN, Part-time
Compensation:
� $ 14/hour
