Rexicana Surf Cantina Team Member- Kitchen Team (Cisco Beer Garden)
You will be a a part of a team whose goal is to help the Levitate Backyard and Rexicana Surf Cantina continue to be a hub for our local communities and a place where people can come to share our love of surf, skate, music, food and drink. Together we will make sure that our customers are getting the best service and products possible and help build connections to the brand by engaging with them on a personal level. It�s your job to show up each day with a smile on your face and have a blast working in our food truck and representing our brand!
We are searching for responsible, respectful and reliable employees looking for a fast paced and high energy job on our Food Truck this summer and fall.
Work on the truck assisting with prep, replenishment and execution of all menu items.
Complete daily shift work checklist and ensure all job tasks are done satisfactorily.
Follow all posted signage and recipe sheets to ensure excellent quality of menu offerings, and short ticket times.
Follow all food safety and standard operating procedures
Complete weekly cleaning project work, as needed and directed.
Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
Key Qualifications:
Self-discipline, outgoing, pleasant, polite manner with a neat and clean appearance.
Must be able to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
Must possess good communication skills.
Must be reliable, responsible and respectful.
We are in need of dishwashers, line cooks, food runners and prep cooks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
