Job Title: Finance and Administration Assistant

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position involves assisting the Director of Finance and Administration, providing administrative support and assisting in the accounting functions of the office.

QUALIFICATIONS
At least three years experience in the financial field.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Excel, computer and word processing software.
Must be detailed oriented
Ability to efficiently prioritize
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support
Provides support to the Director of Finance and Administration and Human Resources Consultant
Updates timesheet allocations and/or any changes as needed in UKG payroll platform, updates timesheet allocation changes for staff
Payroll support as needed
Conducts filing and administrative duties as necessary


Finance Support
Upload and process incoming invoices in Anybill
Enter all payroll transactions through month-end
Enter and reconcile all credit card purchases through month-end
Upload Anybill activity
Reconcile Anybill account
Record postage expense
Record capital lease
Reconcile prepaids � preliminary (postage expenses)
Accrue payroll expense through month-end if applicable & Reverse Entry
Enter all Paypal deposits through month-end
Reconcile training software, Class Registrar, monthly
Utilizes QuickBooks for accounts payables, accounts receivable and cash receipts
