Entry Level Sales - door-to-door marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant industry, or outside sales- a plus!
- Friendly, happy, upbeat, outgoing, able to start a conversation with a stranger.
- Persuasive, a "smooth-talker"
- High Energy, Ambitious, and willing to learn
- Ability to walk for long periods of time and enjoy working outdoors
- Ability to memorize and deliver a script
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Able to pass a background check
WHO WE ARE:
CAP Metal is the Premier Home Improvement Expert for exterior renovations that are also energy efficient. We want to help people save money monthly by completing needed Home Improvements. We are based in Montebello and we focus on the San Gabriel Valley.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
We are invested in you! We will provide daily training and feedback on your progress. We will train and equip you with everything you need to be successful. And for the best, you will be given management opportunities in the next 6-18 months.
