JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Field inspections and evaluations.

• Creating field sketches documenting existing conditions or proposed structural modifications.

• Helical and Driven Pile Observation.

• Creating field reports and pile logs.

• Photo Documentation.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• General construction knowledge is required (residential, wood frame, concrete, masonry and steel).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

• Good organization and time management skills.

• Ability and willingness to take direction from others.

• Ability to work in a team environment or to work independently on specific project tasks.

• Local travel is required.

REQUIRED:

• Associates Degree

EXPERIENCE:

• Some general construction/Engineering knowledge is required.

LOCATIONS:

• Multiple locations - Office is located in Allentown, NJ. Most will take place at client locations in the the Tri-State Area.

SALARY:

• Hourly Rates, depending on experience.
