We are looking for a part-time E-commerce Fulfillment Assistant to join our team. This individual is an important member and will support our B2C division. Responsibilities range from all aspects of what we call �foundational� of production and fulfillment: assisting with candle making, packing orders, shipping orders, keeping track of all incoming packages & inventory, and troubleshooting problems to resolution. This E-commerce Fulfillment Assistant is expected to adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards and is also comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
� Have a keen eye and an exceptionally high level of attention to detail
� Have great penmanship/handwriting that�s clear and easy to read.
� Have a high-level understanding of packaging & quality standards for picking, packing, and shipping orders.
� Have excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability
� Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hrs)
� Must be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 30 lbs and occasionally objects up to 50 lbs
� Must be capable of working independently, quickly, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
� Ability to do repetitive work
� Have great communication skills
� Be a team player
� Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and show proof of vaccination before working onsite
� Must demonstrate the ability to handle a fast-paced workload and be able to multi-task
RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Prepare products for shipment and accurately check orders to match their packing slips
� Package finished products by following the company�s quality standards & expectations
� Ship products in packages for delivery with correct shipping labels
� Support with prep work including but not limited to: candle-making prep work, filling gift boxes with crinkle paper, assembling shipping boxes, preparing packing tables, and packaging raw manufactured products as needed, etc.
� Assist in restocking inventory (raw and packaged)
� Assist with writing handwritten custom notes to accompany orders
� Ensure that a clean and organized work area is maintained
� Accurately keep track of inventory
� Clean and organize the warehouse
� Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of integrity
� Perform other related warehouse duties, as assigned, to ensure an efficient and effective work environment
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE
