Door to Door Sales
Caliber Restoration is seeking ambitious, outgoing and driven individuals to help grow our sales team. We are a family owned business based in Round Rock committed to fostering a positive and healthy work culture and providing our people with the tools they need to reach their personal and financial goals.
Here are the details:
Pay: $25.00 an hour
Bonuses: $20-$200 per lead pending on outcome.
Schedule: 4:00-8:00 Monday-Thursday.
11:00-3:00 Saturday.
Off Friday and Sunday
Your primary responsibility will be to identify storm damage on homes and set appointments with the homeowner for our Inspection Team. The more leads you set the more money you make. You will be provided with a laptop, company polo shirts and canvassing software. There is an opportunity for promotion to a closing sales person role if you are looking to advance with the company.
