Dispatcher
DISPATCHER / TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
For over 30 years, Pure Luxury Transportation has been the premier transportation leader throughout Sonoma, Napa Valley and San Francisco. The role of Pure Luxury�s Dispatch department is to serve as communication liaisons for all company employees, valued clients, and our chauffeurs. Dispatch assists in providing time sensitive, on demand, & same day transportation. Dispatcher must be able to work with changing conditions and learn how to use his/her resources efficiently. This position involves heavy phone & email contact between client�s, chauffeurs, & the ability to work independently as well as a team.
Dispatch responsibilities include:
Promptly respond to all phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
Sustain a positive relationship and open communication with chauffeurs/employees/clients
Accommodate & establish partnerships with prestigious resorts in the Dry Creek/Sonoma/Napa area with their clients needs
Check on chauffeurs/vehicle locations throughout the day- Assure that chauffeurs are making their appointments on time
Report any maintenance issues or any other potential issues to appropriate department/management
Monitor arriving/departing flights as well as road conditions
Schedule chauffeur assignments as needed
Assist Sales Team in booking reservations as needed
Assist with daily logistic/administrative tasks
Requirements: (Dispatch Experience Not required, will train the right person.)
Exceptional communication skills
Computer proficient: Excel, Google Docs, Word, etc.
2+ years experience in customer service
Wine Industry (Preferred)
Knowledge of major roads/Highways
Flexibility with schedule-we are open on weekends & holidays

Schedule:
Full-Time 8 hour shifts- MID DAY/ AFTERNOONS/ NIGHTS
Part-Time would be considered based on availability, for less than 30 hours per week
