Dance Instructor
James School of Dance Arts is seeking a qualified and passionate instructor for our 2023-24 season. We are looking for an instructor who is invested in the art of dance, has a strong technical training background, and has the ability to inspire and motivate youth.
Candidates must be comfortable teaching Ballet, beginner level Tap and Jazz, and beginner level Contemporary, and must have a love for working with young children ages 3 +.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience teaching dance
- ability to select recital music and choreograph recital dances
- ability to produce creative concepts
- strong dance training background in various styles
- excellent communication and leadership skills
Due to the structure of the recital season, candidates must be able and willing to commit to a contract for the school year (September - mid-June). If interested, please send resume to ------------.
