Crew members to work the closing shift during the week and weekends. If you are someone who enjoys baking, working with your hands, has a passion to serve and make memorable experiences, and like to learn and grow while being in a fast-paced environment, then Baked Cravings is the place for you.
Baked Cravings is an expanding company that is set to disrupt the way people experience and enjoy treats. Our facilities are 100% nut-free and tree-nut free. We are proudly going to build a reputation consisting of incredible tasting and consistently delicious desserts that are the best in the world, through our fun "Baked Cravings" culture, creating raving fan experiences every day, and providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This reputation is only possible with an individual who is passionate and dedicated to offering world-class desserts and raving fan experiences, believing in the impossible, serving their team and customers, and having a strong desire to grow and learn.
Compensation
• $15 to $17.50 (hourly wage + tips)

Essential Role Functions
Raving Fans Service | Baking Baked Cravings Desserts | Presentation & Cleanliness | Team Work | Efficiency | Technology | Kitchen Equipment
• RAVING FANS SERVICE: Instinctively serves the customer with a smile and genuine intentions to provide customers with a great experience. Always acts in a way that represents the "Baked Cravings Culture".
• Production: Follows Baked Cravings procedures on the packaging, producing our award-winning treats. Must be able to work efficiently and complete tasks.
• PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Is detailed with each dessert presentation, ensuring no steps are skipped, and the final product is delicious, presentable, and filled with lots of Baked Craving’s love. Constantly cleans and maintains order with the equipment and utensils used, as well as keeps the kitchen areas presentable and safe.
• TEAMWORK: Understands the importance of delivering on individual role responsibilities but also shows a desire and effort to support fellow crew members perform other business tasks.
• EFFICIENT: Has a mindset and work ethic that is focused on providing exceptional service and Baked Cravings products in a quick manner. Commits to performing all duties extremely well at a pace that creates a memorable experience for the customer.
• TECHNOLOGY: Understand and uses Baked Cravings business technology applications efficiently. Stays current on all training and displays a high level of performance in the technology tools used.
• KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely and properly operates Baked Cravings kitchen equipment and utensils. Shows respect and ownership over the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material.
• Customer Service: Must be able to assist customers and quickly learn the POS system.

• EDUCATION: High school or higher

• Food Handlers Permit: is a plus, the company will assist with education for the right candidate.
