Cafe Overview
Cafe Meridian is looking for our next crew member. Perfect hours to get your work day done early, leaving your afternoon and nights to you. Only open for lunch, Monday-Friday, we open at 11:00am and close at 2:00pm for a quick 3-hour walk in service. Prep and cleanup bring your daily hours to roughly 10:00am - 2:30pm. Cafe Meridian has an array of caterings on a daily basis in addition to the walk-in customer base. We have a split hot bar and cold bar with all fresh, made daily entrees and side salads. Daily entree and sandwich specials keep our menu dynamic and surprising.
Position Responsibilities
Cafe Meridian has a similar flow to a chipotle/cava where you would interact with customers by greeting them and taking their orders. Customers can order from our hot and cold bar or place an order for a made-to-order sandwich or salad. Plating for either in house dining or to-go box and bag. Often explaining our daily specials and side salad options so an outgoing, friendly customer service oriented individual is preferred. Family owned and operated, tight knit staff with many repeat customers. Also option to run the cashier position if that is preferred rather than handling the food.
