What you will bring to the table:
Experience in a position that required constant multi-tasking with shifting priorities.
Excellent communication, patience and follow-up skills working with a diverse group of team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated proficiency working on a computer and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Passion and appreciation for an established culture built on principles of charity, hospitality, goodwill, kindness, humility, and integrity.
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays, including some holidays.
Experience with Catrease or a similar Catering and Event Management Software.
Previous experience in an administrative role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Some responsibilities include:
Liaison between Catering Sales Manager and the Smokehouse managers
Assists in event management
Schedules drivers and in times
Maintains vehicles and event equipment
Oversees delivery bag production
Communicates special order items to kitchen
Assist Catering Sales Manager with tastings and site visits
